HOUSTON (Houston Business Journal) – Dornin Investment purchased two more office buildings in the Energy Corridor area.

Totaling 165,146 sf, both are located north of I-10 and west of Kirkwood. The two properties are:

1250 Wood Branch, 88.9 percent leased, spanning 102,880 sf
11931 Wickchester, 76.6 percent leased, 62,002-sf

HFF LP represented the seller, Peloton Capital Partners.
