Shannon, I really enjoyed reading your blog. I’m lucky in that, I work with many star agents, as I like to call them, who like you understand the value of staging. I believe and always like to say, that creative stagers can work with any budget. You’ll be surprised of all the options we, home stagers, come up with to get the houses ready for the market and buyers.
It is sad, when agents call us in after the property has been sitting in the market for awhile and gone through couple of price reductions. This is a disservice to the sellers.
