I schedule a walk-through for the day of closing or the day prior to closing so my buyers can see the condition of the property.  It helps to ensure the property is in the condition the buyer expects before the closing takes place.  I accompany my buyers on the walk-through and have them sign a standard form to add to their file stating they have completed their walk-through.  Should a concern arise during the walk-through, I will assist you in resolving it.
