The two Realtors discussed his move from a big broker with a national name to a smaller boutique agency. Shannon organically grew her brokerage in the Houston market during the worst downturn in Houston’s history so she knows the allure of boutique real estate firms. Madison explained that the reason he left was because it allowed him to take advantage of technology as it changes. He said the larger agencies, franchises, have a lag behind the independent agencies with technology.
RREA has been the leader in technology and video in Houston for years and were happy to hear of Madison’s change from big box brokerage to an independent. Shannon and Madison also talked about negotiating strategies for buyers, sellers and agents and the current trends in Luxury home sales.
