In Harris County, this community hasa had 13 homes sell since May 1, 2010. I have sold a couple of them myself. They have averaged 2,545 square feet selling at around $144K. The average time on market for these sales was three months and they were built around 2003. This community has great resale value and homes sell quickly here. Since May, the homes that sold were three bedroom, two baths homes on average selling at $56 a square foot.
