Spring Lakes in Spring, Texas 77373 got a visit from Santa over the weekend.  Santa rode through the neighborhood on a firetruck with sirens blazing and he threw out candy to the kids who came out to greet him.  What a wonderful Volunteer Fire Department we have in Spring, Texas. 

In Spring Lakes there are 29 homes currently for sale as of early December 2010.  In the last three months 11 homes sold.  The average sales price was $175,590.  That’s about $65 a square foot.  The average home in that community is 2800 square feet with four bedrooms.  Most of them were built around 2005.  As of December 9th there were 7 home sales pending in the Houston Multiple Listing Service.
