March has been rodeo time here in Houston and there has been a great round-up of performers in our big city. Many people don’t know that the rodeo takes a great deal of volunteers to keep it running smoothly. February was a month of changes that were necessary for me to make. Sometimes moving and change is a scary proposition for us all. If there is never any change and risk, there is never any growth.
