			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>HOUSTON (<a href="http://houston.bizjournals.com/houston/stories/2010/07/19/daily36.html"><em>Houston Business Journal</em></a>) – According to a report compiled by Bloomberg Businessweek, four Texas cities ranked among the top ten best cities for new college graduates.</p>
<p> Houston ranked first while Dallas, Austin and Fort Worth nabbed third, fifth and 10th, respectively.</p>
<p> Some 31,000 jobs have been created since January in the Bayou City, many with energy, aeronautics and health-care companies.</p>
<p> The listing was based on data from AfterCollege as well as city unemployment rates and the average annual pay for all occupations reported by the U.S. Labor Department.</p>
