I am cancelling my Open House this Sunday that was supposed to be from 3-5 since we got a contract on 515 West North Hill this week.  I knew that house would sell fast because it’s so well cared for.  It showed so nicely.  Less than a month on the market…my marketing plan sells…Call me if you need help selling your house.

On November 9th Coldwell Banker United will be teaming up with the Candlelighters Organization and the Chronicle to host a highly publicized multimedia event titled “Homes for the Holidays.” This will raise awareness and funding for the non-profit organization Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation that helps families that are faced with the devestating news of a child with cancer while also helping you the seller to maximize your open house and selling potential. Please bring your unwrapped new toys for the toy drive. The Candlelighters Organization helps with financial constraints and offers other resources to those families with children facing cancer. Today their nationwide membership is over 100,000 members nationwide. By listing your home with me on or before October 31st you will be included in the highly publicized Fall Open House “Homes for the Holidays.” This will offer your home listing a tremendous volume of buyers traffic. Those buyers will be encouraged to purchase homes before the end of the 2008 year so they can benefit from the Homestead Tax Exemption.
