Bridgeland is a master planned community that has all of the traditional amenities, like pools and tennis courts. This is said to be the sister community to The Woodlands. Recently, Bridgeland added a mountain bike trail and nature trail, in efforts to make the Cypress Creek Corridor accessible to residents.
The eventual six-mile Cypress Creek Nature Trail winds through the historic corridor, a 1,000-acre nature area and creek system bordering Bridgeland’s northern boundary. The mountain bike trail runs parallel to the nature trail and Cypress Creek, extending for nearly one mile. It connects with the main trail in several areas so if you have some family members who bike and others that like to jog – you can still meet up! In the fall, Bridgeland’s first elementary school is scheduled to open it’s doors to the community.

Yes, yes, and yes! Having good credit can definitely save you money on a home purchase. Recently our trade industry Texas Realtor Magazine posted an article on this very topic. This was the example they gave -

A homebuyer with a FICO Score in the 760-850 range could get a loan with a 3.277% APR, while a borrower with a score of 620-639 might get a 4.878% rate, according to recent results from myFICO’s Loan Saver Calculator.

How much is that difference worth? About $139 a month for a 30-year fixed-rate $150K loan. Over the life of the mortgage, that adds up to $50,040!
