WBM #15 – Title Commitment Explained

In this week’s edition of White Board Monday Shannon Register discusses the title commitment and what buyer’s need to be looking for when they receive the title commitment. Usually a week after the contract for a property has been executed the buyer will receive the title commitment from the title company. The title commitment includes Schedules A, B, C, and D.
