About Me
I am a native Houstonian and started my real estate career in 2007. After 25 years of full time work as a leader in the Harris County Criminal Justice System, and over 3 years full time work with the City of Houston 9-1-1, I obtained my Real Estate License and begin my second career as a Full Time Realtor. My passion for working in the field of Real Estate coupled with my desire to help others get what they want inspires me to continuously educate myself and stay abreast of the Real Estate Market.
I am an active member of The National Association of Realtors (NAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC) and the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR).
I specialize in working with Buyers, Sellers, Investors and Leasers. The designations I have earned include the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), which means that I have received advanced training to deliver specialized information, programs and updates to properly evaluate trends in the market that could impact Buyers.
With today’s advanced real estate technology, I strive to provide the most exceptional service to my clients, by earning NAR’s e-PRO® Certification. The benefits of this Certification entail marketing your property expertly via the World Wide Web, giving it the maximum exposure it deserves for a faster sale.
As a Certified Negotiator Expert (CNE), I exhibit negotiation approaches and techniques that will give my client an edge for the best deal of a transaction, whether they are the Buyer or the Seller.
If you are looking at selling your home as a Short Sale to avoid Foreclosure, Agents like me that hold the Certified Short Sale Negotiator Designation (CSSN), will help to ensure that you, the Seller, receives the expert advice necessary to determine that a Short Sale is the proper course of action. I will also assist my Seller in the process from pre-qualification to closing the transaction with the banks and buyer, and I will promptly and properly complete all forms required in the Short Sale process making this transaction a stress free experience and move smoothly as possibly
