He has sold property from Galveston to Huntsville, Katy to Crosby and points between, but, his primary focus has been in Spring, Klein and Southern Montgomery county area where he lives and plays. He works as a team with his clients to negotiate the best possible deal without losing the deal. Jay says his decision to join Register Real Estate Advisors (RREA) was an easy one. He recognized consumers have changed their buying habits and saw the RREA model as the leader in the Houston area when it comes to real estate marketing. “Combining my experience with the cutting edge marketing that RREA provides is a real win/win”.
Prior to real estate, Jay worked for twelve years as a licensed Building Engineer with AT&T and Tenneco Realty where his responsibilities were to maintain and repair the physical plants and associated equipment. This background is unique in Real Estate sales and is especially useful when purchasing the “as-is” home, such as a foreclosure.
Originally from Florida, Jay now lives in Spring Texas with his family. Married since 1981, he has three children and a large extended family scattered all over the metroplex. Jay enjoys sports of all kinds and still plays basketball and volleyball at his gym. History is of particular interest; he visits museums, reads books and magazines dedicated to history and enjoys conversing with seasoned citizens about changes they have witnessed.
His memberships include the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Houston Association of Realtors. Volunteerism plays a significant role in his life and he is active in his church. He is a past member of the Klein Collins Band, Choir and Orchestra Boosters associations.
