Samantha Chelette – Buyers Agent

Samantha Chelette is a native Houstonian, long time resident, and a Realtor specializing in North Houston & the North West Suburbs.

Samantha comes to the Shannon Register Real Estate Team specializing as a Buyer’s Agent, but she also helps sellers in the area. With over 10 years in the real estate industry, she is an excellent addition to the team. She began her career in Real Estate in 1999 and took a short time off to begin a family. When she went back into the workforce she did so as an administrator & office manager for a prominent real estate office where she assisted over thirty agents with the intricacies associated in closing on a real estate transaction.

Samantha’s extensive knowledge of the area, coupled with her administrative experience gives her the knowledge to smoothly and efficiently facilitate real estate transactions from start to finish.
Samantha’s father is also a Realtor in Spring and The Woodlands, but is currently building custom homes. Her husband is a Builder, so she is very familiar with new home sales and construction. She can help buyer’s with not only finding and negotiate on the purchase of a new home, but also help buyers find lots and facilitate a custom construction build of higher end luxury homes.
