HOUSTON (Houston Business Journal) – The energy boom has generated a need for more office space in the Houston area, and PM Realty Group is about to deliver some.
The local firm is breaking ground this month on Jacobs Plaza, a complex that will consist of two 175,000-sf, seven-story buildings. It is part of the first phase of Woodbranch Park. California-based Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. will occupy 81,818 sf in one of the buildings.
Amsterdam-based Stena Realty owns the complex, which will be at 12140 Wickchester Lane. The first phase is expected to be completed a year from now.
Kirksey Architecture is the designer, and Tellepsen is the general contractor. PM Realty will manage and lease the property.
