Well here’s your chance to do just that in The Woodlands, TX. There is a 20 acre island in Lake Woodlands on the eastern edge of the 200 acre Lake. The Howard Hughes Corp. (is the parent organization of The Woodlands Development Co) predicts that this will be one of the most exclusive addresses in the master planned community. Mitchell Island is named after the founder of The Woodlands George Mitchell. The only access to the island will be by bridge which is now under construction. The island will have fewer than 20 lots and the homes will be priced well into the millions. This limited supply of lots will be a very unique address to have.
