HOUSTON (Houston Business Journal) – Mac Haik Realty this week announced plans to proceed with development of the fourth building at its Energy Plaza development.
The local firm is developing the 450,000-sf, Class-A Energy Tower IV in the Energy Corridor.
The 17-story office building, which is being built on spec, is scheduled to break ground in August. Occupancy slated for late 2014. It will be identical to Energy Towers II and III, which are at Kirkwood and I-10. Those buildings are fully leased.
With this building, Energy Plaza will cover two million sf.
