Back in April ExxonMobil held a “Let’s Discover Houston” Fair in Fairfax, Virginia where 3,000 ExxonMobil employees attended. Those employees are getting ready to relocate to our area. The fair, which featured representatives from various school districts, chambers of commerce, medical districts, museum districts, and sports teams gave the employees information about our area because they are planning to move here in the spring of 2014. This winter they will be using Cartus relocation agents up north to sell or renting out their current homes and in the winter and spring they begin purchasing homes in our Houston housing market.
