Ground Breaks on Parkside Place

HOUSTON (Oden Hughes) – Ground broke recently on a multifamily community near the new Exxon Mobile Corp. campus.

Austin-based Oden Hughes LLC is building Parkside Place at the corner of FM 2920 and Kuykendahl Rd.

The 384-unit Class-A community will have one- to three-bedroom units ranging from 525 to 1,400 sf. Rents will range between $900 and $1,700 a month.

Parkside Place will open mid-2015.
