Here is a breakdown of the show:
- In the first two segments I bring back my friend Jeff Shore, Owner of Shore Consulting, to talk about the national real estate market. Jeff is from California and we were pleased that he came by the studio when he was in town. He consults on new home sales training and speaks around the country on real estate topics.
- I talk with Mike Moriarty, Owner of Never Paint Again, about his business and his take on house painting.
- In the last segment, I take a couple of call-in questions and go over some real estate math. We have numerous calculators available on our website HERE to assist you with your budgeting.
