THE WOODLANDS (Houston Chronicle) – The first six-story “tiltwall” office building in the state will be completed in September.
Stream Realty Partners hoisted the top panel into place Tuesday on Sierra Pines II at 1575 Sawdust Rd.
The 154,213-sf building broke ground last September on a spec basis and still has no tenants, according to Stream Realty Partners.
Powers Brown designed the building.
