There are several subdivisions close to Splashtown where you can live in Spring and have the water park close by. Spring Lakes and Cypresswood Lake are the two closest communities, but there are others. You can find housing from $80k-$350K close by the park.
Currently the Splashtown water park is expanding. They have purchased some land to expand their parking lot and facilities.
