Nothing like some H-Town Flooding to get Realtors and Consumers on the phone with their legislators in Washington, DC to push for the renewal of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP.) On September 30th National Flood Insurance is set to expire and will need the push of Realtors and Consumers to get it renewed again by Congress. At some point, you would think, this issue would get addressed and resolved by Congress instead of continuing to kick the can down the road, but sadly, not yet.
