SPRING (Houston Business Journal) – CHI St. Luke’s will build a hospital at the corner of Grand Pkwy. and Holzworth Rd. in Springwoods Village.
The project will initially cost $110 million for a 55,000-sf ambulatory medical center and 100,000-sf medical office building. The health system is committed to investing as much as $70 million over the next five years for future developments, including a master plan for future hospital and campus expansion.
Completion of the medical center and office building is expected in late 2015. They will provide emergency services, diagnostic imaging and outpatient surgery.
Earl Swensson Associates is the architect.
