We taped this segment today that will air this Sunday. I get daily calls from families in financial distress that wait until it is too late to get a Realtor involved. There are many things we can do to minimize the harm caused by the distress. Sometimes we can find a way for them to save their home, other times we can help “break the fall” and allow them to salvage as much of their credit as they can.
