Sometimes my sellers call me and want to know why online real estate websites don’t have the most accurate information on their home. When we, as Realtors, make changes to our listings in the MLS it can take a few hours or a day for it to update on the consumer side at HAR.com. Then that data from the MLS feeds the best real estate sites. At RREA, our site updates with the MLS and so does Realtor.com. However, there are other real estate sites that don’t update immediately through the MLS because they don’t get the MLS datafeed. Some have to be indexed by google and it takes a week or two for the data to be updated. Others are sites with scraped content from other sites. This gives consumers unrealistic and false information about properties for sale and property values. It’s basically outdated information. There is no Realtor that can control that content. For the best and most up to date accurate Houston real estate information, keep searching for listings at RREA.com or HAR.com. what everyone should know resistance is a growing problem across the world and the main causes of this problem are overuse and misuse of antibiotics… dec 9, 2015 – learn all about – the common condition that causes pain and inflammation in the joints, the tissues that surround the joint, and …
