WASHINGTON (Appraisal Foundation http://www.appraisalfoundation.org/s_appraisal/doc.asp?CID=5&DID=1387 The Appraisal Foundation announced release of the 2010-11 edition of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) yesterday.
The USPAP is the generally accepted standard for the appraisal profession in the United States. The latest edition of USPAP will be valid for Jan. 1, 2010, through Dec. 31, 2011. Details and purchasing information for the new edition are available on the Foundation’s website at www.appraisalfoundation.org . The Appraisal Foundation is a congressionally authorized nonprofit organization that fosters professionalism among appraisers by setting qualifications and standards for real property appraisers.
