2,200 Homes to Sprout in Houston’s Grove
HOUSTON (Crescent Communities) – Crescent Communities broke ground this week on The Groves, a 993-acre residential community in northeast Houston.
The first phase of single-family home sites is slated to be finished in mid-2014. When completed, the development will have about 2,200 single-family homes, a ten-acre Village Center and one or two schools.
The property falls within the Humble ISD. It is one mile from Lake Houston, ten miles east of the George Bush International Airport and 25 miles northeast of the central business district.
