HOUSTON (McDaniel & Co.) – Peloton Commercial Real Estate today announced its 21-story, 368,000-sf Westcreek Centre, the first office building to be built on the inside of West Loop 610 in the Galleria/Post Oak market in 34 years.
Located between San Felipe and Westheimer in Houston’s Uptown/Galleria area, Westcreek Centre will be under construction by fourth quarter 2014. Completion is slated for second quarter 2016.
The building will be on 3.6 acres between the West Loop and Westcreek Lane. Fourteen of the floors will be office space. The remaining seven will be for parking.
Peloton is applying for LEED Silver certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
Moody Rambin is handling leasing. The architect is BOKA Powell. Peloton will manage the property.
