THE WOODLANDS (Houston Business Journal) – Anadarko Petroleum Corp. has purchased the office complex it occupies from Wachovia Development Corp. for $215 million cash.
The acquisition included Anadarko’s 30-story headquarters at 1201 Lake Robbins Dr., an adjacent mid-rise building at 1200 Timberloch Place and a parking garage.
The 14.5-acre campus sits on the Woodlands Waterway.
Anadarko’s headquarters opened in 2002 and is the only LEED-certified office complex in The Woodlands.
