HOUSTON (HFF) – Beacon Investment Properties LLC has purchased a three-building office portfolio totaling 566,308 sf in the city’s Energy Corridor.

The portfolio consists of three “best of class” Class-B, multitenant office buildings located at I-10 and Dairy Ashford Rd.

Most recently renovated in 2007, the three eight-story office buildings are 93.6 percent leased.

The sellers, Falcon Southwest and CarVal Investors, were represented by HFF. HFF also arranged financing for the buyer through JP Morgan Chase Bank NA.
