KATY (RealtyNewsReport.com) – Houston-based Fein has started a new multifamily development within LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch.
Set to open in second quarter 2015, The Grand at LaCenterra will be a four-story, luxury, multifamily rental community featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom units averaging 984 sf.
EDI-International is the project’s architect. Moore Design Group of Dallas provided interior design services, and Westchase Construction Ltd. will be the general contractor.
Eagle Realty Group is providing equity financing, while BBVA Compass Bank is providing construction financing. CBRE arranged equity financing.
