ExxonMobile Expanding
THE WOODLANDS (GlobeSt.com) – ExxonMobil Corp. is growing its local operations.
The Irving-based firm will occupy approximately 480,000 sf, filling one-and-a-half buildings at Hughes Landing. A 317,052-sf building will be occupied in its entirety along with half of a 331,840-sf building.
Additionally, ExxonMobil is building a 385-acre campus in Springwoods Village. It will consist of approximately 20 office and specialty buildings. At least 10,000 employees are expected to work at the site by 2015.
