DALLAS (Fannie Mae) – Fannie Mae will host a special open house Friday to unveil its new Dallas-Fort Worth Mortgage Help Center.

The event will bring together community leaders and counseling and mortgage industry partners to emphasize foreclosure prevention and highlight available help.

The new facility — the first in Texas — will help DFW homeowners who have Fannie Mae loans and may be at risk of foreclosure. It will provide them opportunities to discuss their mortgage situations with on-site staff and experienced housing advisors who speak English and Spanish.

The center is at 2777 N. Stemmons Freeway in Dallas.
