HOUSTON (Houston Chronicle) – Hines’ office tower in the River Oaks area is under construction, despite neighborhood opposition.
San Felipe Place will be open for business by summer 2015. Being marketed as a boutique office tower, the 17-story project will have nine floors of office space and eight levels of parking.
Work on the project continues despite a lawsuit arguing that the tower would be “abnormal and out of place.”
