KATY (Houston Chronicle) – A national home builder is planning a new community in the area.
KB Home is set to build 275 new homes on 103 acres west of FM 1463 in Katy. Homes will range from 2,000 to 4,000 sf. Model home construction is set to begin early next year.
The new community will include a recreation center with swimming pool, walking trail and parks.
