KB Home Brings Houston Lot Holdings to 3,600
HOUSTON (GlobeSt.com) – With its latest land purchases, KB Home has brought its total number of lots in the area to more than 3,600.
The company bought lots in several local submarkets, including Anserra and Waterstone in Katy, Canterbury Park in Pearland, Tour 18 in Humble, and Wedgewood Falls in Conroe. In these latest transactions, the company secured 909 home sites.
KB Home’s investments in 2013 represented a 414 percent increase over the number of lots acquired the year before. The company has been building in Houston since 1999.
