Market Street – The Woodlands has added  six new retailers including as Charming Charlie, LMD Boutique, All about Feet, Langford Market, Stadia Sports Grill & Bar and 1252 Tapas Bar, which join the center’s eclectic offering of dining options and men’s, women’s and children’s fashions.

Founded in Houston, Texas in 2004, Charming Charlie is a unique fashion accessories house that specializes in a fast-changing selection of fun, affordable and fabulous fashion accessories all organized by color. Charming Charlie delivers something for every woman and occasion.  Charming Charlie is expected to open in the spring 2010 in the retail portion under the chic new Boutique Hotel – AVIA, which opened in December 2009.

With three locations located around the greater Houston area, LMD Boutique is one of the fastest-growing women’s fashion retailers. This trendy boutique provides shoppers with wide selection of gifts, apparel, home accessories and jewelry that reflect the most fashionable styles and desired items from all over the world.  LMD Boutique will also be located under the AVIA hotel and is expecting to open in February 2010.

Shoppers to All About Feet will find a unique shoe store dedicated to promoting fashion forward comfortable shoes for men, women and children. A Certified Podiatrist is available to digitally scan your foot and recommend the perfect solution for your individual foot needs. All Opening in February 2010, About Feet will be located in the North Commons Building next to Sur La Table.

Langford Market, an American Apparel store, is where shabby chic meets modern sophisticate.   This is evident in the clothing, which includes women’s fashions and accessories. Langford Market also sells excellently refurbished furniture, lamps and art with a vintage eco-trendy feel.  Langford Market, opening in February 2010 will be located between Norton Ditto and J. Jill in the North Commons Building.

Stadia Sports Grill & Bar opens its second Houston location at Market Street and will offer great dining, music and a variety of sporting events displayed throughout our contemporary dining, lounge, and bar areas.   Unique sports decor, modern high resolution TV displays, and ice cold drinks enhance the sports experience.  Stadia will be located next to Charming Charlie facing Lake Robbins and is expected to open in the spring of 2010.

After an afternoon of shopping, experience 1252, a cultured restaurant blending everything about Spain – warm décor, authentic cuisine and a friendly ambiance featuring a large selection of traditional tapas dishes, paellas, sangria blends and Spanish wines and beers.  1252 is expected to open in February 2010 and is located in the North Commons Building between Cru Wine Bar and Sunglass Hut.
