KINGWOOD (Integrated Real Estate Group) – Integrated Real Estate Group begins construction this Saturday on a 236-unit senior housing development in this town north of Houston.
Watercrest at Kingwood will be at 24109 Kingwood Place Dr. Phase-one construction is expected to be finished by July 2014. Phase two will be finished the following May.
Cost for the roughly 70,000-sf project is $29.4 million.
