Lincoln Eyes More Energy Corridor
HOUSTON (Houston Business Journal) – As the now 340,000-sf Energy Crossing II nears completion, Lincoln Property Co. has begun a development across the freeway.
Lincoln Property and Stonelake are working on Park Ten Center. Dallas-based O’Brien & Associates Inc. designed the 302,000-sf office complex that will be at 16200 Park Row Blvd.
Park Ten Center will consist of two 150,000-sf, three-story buildings.
