THE WOODLANDS (Houston Business Journal) – Newfield Exploration Co. is relocating its headquarters to 90,000 sf in 4 Waterway Square in The Woodlands.
The Houston-based company will hold onto its current space in Greenspoint at 363 N. Sam Houston Parkway East.
About 130 employees are expected to move to the new corporate headquarters site.
The Woodlands Development Co. completed the 216,000-sf 4 Waterway a year ago.
