River Oaks High-Rise Takes to SkyHouse
HOUSTON (Houston Chronicle) – A high-end high-rise is underway in the River Oaks area.

The 25-story SkyHouse River Oaks will have 352 apartments when it opens in the first quarter of next year.

Simpson Housing, Novare Group, Batson-Cook Development Co. and locally based developer Peter Dienna are involved in the project, which is being built as part of the redevelopment of a portion of the Westcreek apartments off Westheimer, just inside the West Loop.

The high-rise is the tenth in the country under the SkyHouse brand. It is geared toward a growing demographic of young professionals.
