HOUSTON (HFF) – A local investor bought 7700 San Felipe, a five-story, 100,716-sf office building.
The seller was a joint venture between Dallas-based Velocis Fund and locally based Fuller Realty Partners LLC.
Located on 2.2 acres in the West Loop/Galleria submarket next to the Memorial Villages and Tanglewood neighborhoods, the 95 percent leased property includes a 257-space parking garage.
HFF represented the seller and arranged financing with Nationwide Bank. The buyer was represented by Hicks Ventures.
