HOUSTON (Houston Business Journal) – A luxury high-rise with a helix design is planned for the city’s museum district.
Just northwest of Parklake on Hermann Dr., locally based Tema is finalizing plans on the Tower at Hermann Place. The 42-story building is expected to have 270 units on 37 floors with five floors of amenities.
Construction is expected to begin in October with a second quarter 2015 completion.
Dallas-based Corgan Associates Inc. is the designer. Morganti Tex Inc. is managing construction and development.
