THE WOODLANDS (Houston Chronicle)
– A local developer is building an 800-acre master planned community called
Harper’s Preserve in Montgomery County.
The project is near I-45 off of SH 242 near The Woodlands, on Harper’s
Horsepen Branch, for which the community is named.
Harper’s Preserve will include 1,722 home sites and 160 acres of wetland and wooded open space with trails and boardwalks.
The project is expected to be completed in ten to 12 years.
