THE WOODLANDS (Houston Business Journal) – A Houston investment firm has purchased two office buildings in The Woodlands — again.
The Lionstone Group purchased Waterway Plaza I and II for about $83 million on June 1. They originally purchased the buildings in 2004 for $42 million and flipped the property for over $72 million just 18 months later.
The two Class-A office buildings on Woodloch Forest Dr. total 366,000 sf.
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP represented the seller.
