THE WOODLANDS (RealtyNewsReport) – The Woodlands Office Park is growing! JD Warmack LP has broken ground on a 300,000-sf office building here.
The 12-story Building 4 is part of Research Forest Lakeside, a ten-building office park on 76 acres that will total nearly 1.8 million sf at completion.
Talisman Energy will lease six floors of the new building.
