A. Keith Hebert is a Texas Certified Real Estate Broker and an Associate Broker for Register Real Estate Advisors. Keith received his real estate training from Champions School of Real Estate. Keith attended The University of Kansas and The University of Houston pursing courses in science and business. After a short period of time working as a Lab Chemist in the Oil & Gas Business in the Mid 1980’s Keith switched gears and entered the Restaurant business. Opening a small chain of pizza restaurants called Checker’s Pizza. After 20 years experience in restaurant business, starting as assistant manager to a Regional manager to an Owner of his own Restaurants, to a consultant in the industry, to finally a CO/COO of a publicly traded $50 million NASDAC company. After a successful team effort to re-listing a failing company on NASDAC and re-brand Magic Restaurants into RedHeads Bistro Bar in 1999 the company had a successful IPO and became re-listed on NASDAC. While working his restaurant in Washington DC up to the NYNY area and living in Northern Virginia, Keith and his family experienced at close hand the anthrax crisis, the 911 crisis, and the 2002 DC shooters. At that point Keith & his family moved back to Houston and started his Real Estate career.
Keith started in 2003 as a production agent for Keller Williams and quickly rose to being in the Top 10 in Sales for his office. He became an ALC Member, a Trainer and served on several committees, While pursuing purchasing a KW franchise in 2007 Keith was introduced to Exit Realty and decided to purchase and open a Exit Realty Franchise know as Exit Realty NE Houston. We stated with two agents and two agents in training, inside a mortgage company inside a title company in a 200 sqft office. We grew into the 3rd largest in real estate company in our region in sales, listing and agents over 5 years. Over several years we were #1 in sales and recruiting in the Texas Market, and #2 in recruiting company wide. As the Exit model failed in the Houston Texas market Keith found himself as the sole operator in the Houston market and decided to close the business in August of 2011 and return to personnel production. Keith joined a new upstart company called United Real Estate Houston a sister company to United Country Realty. As United Real Estate grew across the country so did the Texas Proud Realty Team sales, and Keith’s team became the #1 production team in the Country for United Real Estate.
With a passion for helping people start their own business and for coaching business owners to develop business worth owning Keith decided to get back into productivity coaching. Keith has a passion for recruiting and training people in the Real Estate Business. Keith has found a new home with Matt & Shannon Register at Register Real Estate Advisers and Register Media Company. At the Register companies Keith assumes the role of Business Development Manager, Recruiter and Trainer for Register Real Estate Advisers. Along with bringing his Texas Proud Realty productions team to Register Real Estate Advisers
