Is now a good time to buy a home?

The countdown has began. Not to much longer before 2012. How does starting the new year off by purchasing a new home sound? Well now is the time to start! This will give you something to brag about while visiting family and friends over the holidays. Good news! Congress has voted to restore loan limits. The maximum cap for Federal Housing Authority (FHA) loans, is up to $729,750. Higher loan limits will make mortgages more accessible. Nearly two-thirds of buyers who will be helped by the loan limits extension have income below $100,000. So go ahead, take the first step by giving me a call at 832-380-1508 to start the process.
