We have a big announcement! Starting in January, Houston Real Estate Radio will be moving to a new station. The program will be broadcasting from The 950 AM each Sunday at 1PM. We are excited about the move and we are happy to be a part of the Clear Channel family. This means that the program will also be available through the famous i heart radio app.

I am also going to be a regular contributor on “The World According to Garf” with Michael Garfield each Friday at 12:50 on The 950.

Merry Christmas! We have another packed Houston Real Estate Radio show for you today, guys! Here are some links to some of the topics on the show today. Don’t miss it, the show starts at 2PM on am700 KSEV or streamed live HERE. We are proud to be your voice for Houston Real Estate!!! Now available on iTunes!

Here is a breakdown of the show:

  • We are joined in the first two segments by Ian Faria. Ian is a Director and real estate attorney with the Coats Rose Law Firm. He gives us some great information about what recourse homeowners might have with builders who are not making good on their warranties or other problems. You can learn more about Ian on his bio page buy from canada drugs – online canadian pharmacy .
  • Senior Economist, Bob Denk, with the National Association of Home Builders buy neurontin now in our med shop and save 10 percent of on all products! … neurontin buy neurontin without prescription can i order neurontin online cheap … gives us his take on what the housing market will look on 2013.
  • James and I talk about the Mortgage Forgiveness Tax Relief endangered by the ongoing Fiscal Cliff negotiations in Washington. If this program gets cut, former homeowners who completed a short sale would owe income taxes on the amount of debt forgiven in the deal. This is “kicking someone while they are down.” Lets hope our leaders in Washington realize the impact this would have on struggling Americans.
